The process we take to clean and remove built-up dirt from your filter is detailed yet necessary. A simple description of the steps we take is outlined below:

• Rinse off all loose dirt from around and inside of your filter
  
• Soak the filter in our wash solution
  
• Pressure test filter as required
  
• Wash filter out and go through final rinse
  
• Assess restriction by the water-flow through the filter
  
• Spin dry excess water
  
• Oven dry filter at a controlled temperature
  
• Light test as a safeguard
  
• Complete final check for serviceable rubber seals, replacing if necessary
  
• Repair dents in the casing and ends
  
• Protectively package filter ready for dispatch
